Pack Your Gear

Securely package your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in a clean, sellable condition.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it firmly to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Track

Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 7 working days of receipt.
